Job Interview

Just before Kyle was leaving, I stopped him to check how he was dressed. He had a big job interview and he was still struggling with female clothing. At nine months of pregnancy everything on him looked positively stretched but we managed to find a combination that worked. He still found it weird to wear something showing his cleavage - not to mention having a cleavage - but his chest was hard to hide.

"How do I look?" he asked.

"As business-like as ever, honey," I replied encouraging.

I didn't add that he looked like a business-woman. I didn't want to hit his pride, but with milk-filled boobs and a protunding belly he looked more feminine than ever. All the estrogen that were pumping into him for the pregnancy made his features all the more female. Even his voice sounded high-pitched now, after months of alternations.

Still, Kyle was looking at the future, when the pregnancy was over and he could revert back to being a man. The Fertility Program selected him as the baby-deliverer as he was unemployed, but he wanted to be sure that as soon as possible he was going to be a full man again. Therefore, the job hunt. He managed to score an interview with a firm that was going to need a position in four months, perfectly on time for when he could start working and reverse the effect of the program. And we agreed that in case he would get the job I would take a leave for a while and take care of the baby.

As I watched him leaving, a selfish part of me hoped that he got rejected. Not because I didn't want to take care of our child, but because I ended up loving our new dynamic, with Kyle as the submissive 'mommy' and me as the dominant partner. If he got rejected, he would stay longer as a woman to breastfeed and I could continue to cater to his needs.
