Knight No More
"I'm sorry Grand Master, for I have fallen you," whispered in Latin Iacopo.
He even felt sorry for the real occupant of his current body, Gabriella. She must have been terrified to suddenly ending up as a male knight during a battle with Ottoman soldiers. Probably she didn't even survived that first bout. Iacopo himself almost drowned when he was suddenly pushed into Gabriella's body while she was laying in what he later discovered was called a swimming pool.
It took weeks for the former knight to pierce together what happened and he still wasn't certain of every detail. Iacopo only knew that he was fighting the Ottomans when a black cloud appeared in the sky and started to glow until it exploded in a beam of light that hit everyone on the battlefield. The following instant, Iacopo was in a woman's body in 2024.
Apparently some sort of cosmic event scrambled people through time. Or at least that is was Iacopo understood from reading theories in what was called 4chan. He still wasn't sure he grasped all the intricacies of the 21st century. Iacopo was amazed by some aspects of modernity but some other terrified him.
One was for sure the obscenity of his clothing. Not only being a woman was difficult for the former knight, but being one whose role in society was to showcase her skin for money was degrading. He thought of leaving everything and joining a convent, but much to his shame, Iacopo discovered the thrill and pleasure of the female flesh and wasn't ready to leave it all behind.
The trip to Malta was a way to redeem himself. Iacopo was seeking redemption from his Master, trying to figure out what happened to him and pay homage to the fallen before leaving all behind.
"Master, I hope you can understand me...The spirit is strong but the flesh..." he whispered.
Iacopo's mind wandered off thinking about the various carnal acts he performed ever since the swap. His new body was enhanced with what people called 'silicone' and due to this his bosom was huge and that attracted all kinds of attention. Attention that the former knight didn't manage to push away.
Even in that solemn moment, Iacopo made a quick check at the portable clock that people now called a wristwatch, learning that he needed to go and get ready for his appointment with a man. A flash memory of the previous encounter with that man was enough to moisten Iacopo's female opening.
"Master, I served with honour for you, but now my duty is to myself. Goodbye," he whispered again in Latin, before leaving.
